  • Contact information (phone number, e-mail address, place of work/employer)
  • Job title and professional role (for example welder, course participant, contact person at a customer)
  • Information related to enquiries you send us (text in contact forms, e-mail, phone call notes)
  • Information related to courses and certification (registration details, participant lists, completed courses, certifications)

Technical information such as IP address, browser type and time of visit may also be stored in connection with operation and security of the website.

3. Purpose of processing

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries received via contact forms, e-mail or phone
  • Plan, carry out and document assignments within inspection, certification, welding procedures, courses and consultancy
  • Administer customer relationships, including quotations, contracts, invoicing and follow-up
  • Handle course administration (registrations, participant lists, course certificates where relevant)
  • Ensure technical operation and security of the website (error resolution, logging in case of misuse, etc.)

We process personal data based on:

  • Contract: When we process data in order to enter into or fulfil an agreement for services, courses or assignments.
  • Legitimate interest: For necessary administration, follow-up of customer relationships, and to ensure secure and stable operation of our services.
  • Legal obligation: For data that must be stored in accordance with accounting legislation or other relevant laws.

If in some cases we ask for consent (for example for specific marketing), this will be given voluntarily and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. How long we store data

We store personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Enquiries are normally stored for as long as necessary to follow up the dialogue and the customer relationship.
  • Customer relationships and associated documentation are stored for as long as the agreement is in force, and thereafter for the period required under bookkeeping and accounting rules.
  • Course- and certification-related data may be stored for as long as necessary to document services performed and fulfil agreements and any industry requirements.

Data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised securely where possible.

6. Sharing of personal data

We do not share personal data with others except where necessary to deliver our services and fulfil our obligations.

This may include:

  • Accountant / accounting system (for invoicing and mandatory bookkeeping)
  • IT and hosting providers that deliver web hosting, e-mail or technical operation of our systems

These recipients process personal data on our behalf and are subject to data processing agreements where required.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
